PAYMENT
Payment Terms: Net 30 days for credit-established distributors only. For new clients, pre-payments may be made by credit card. However, this form of payment is in lieu of a cash payment and is non-refundable. Past due accounts will be assessed a charge of 1.5% per month. Late payments, paid by credit card, will be assessed a fee of 3%.
Credit Memo: All credit memos are valid for only 1 year

Product Varriance: There are natural variances in all fabrics, fiber density, porousness, etc. These cause dye lots to vary in color. There may also be some variance in colors between or within batches and dye lots.
Drinkware Imprint - Drinkware imprint may not adhere if being scraped off / lightly scrubbed / or placed in dishwasher due to the nature of the product
Pricing: Prices may change during the course of the year. Product specifications and pricing subject to change without prior notice.
The prices on this website are accurate and supersede any other published prices. Current prices will be confirmed on order acknowledgements.
Less Than Minimum: $45.00 (g) per imprint color/location unless noted otherwise.
Features and Specifications: Every effort is made to insure the integrity of samples and products. The factory cannot be held responsible for changes in product style, dye lot, or product details. Specifications listed in the catalog are subject to change and are updated immediately on our web site. Imprint areas shown are only a guide. Imprint size is subject to your artwork.
Overs/Unders: We reserve the right to a 5% over-run or under-run of quantity ordered and will bill accordingly. For exact quantity, please specify on order and add $30.00 (g).
Address Corrections: Freight carriers charge us for address changes caused by incorrect information on purchase orders. Any fees we incur will be invoiced after we are notified. There may be a delay of as much as 4 weeks after the shipment date.
Warranty, Claims and Returns: Jornik warrants and represents that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Claims must be submitted in writing with samples of the product within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Price adjustments or Return Authorizations are solely at the discretion of the factory. Merchandise returned without an RA number will be refused. Returns must be received within 15 days of the issue of the RA number and properly packaged to prevent damage. Freight Damage: Recipient must report any freight damage to the carrier at once. Do not return freight-damaged parts to the factory. If packages are not signed for as damaged, the factory will not bear responsibility. Disputes: All disputes are subject to the laws and courts of Connecticut.
Product Markings: All imported products will have the country of origin printed on the product. All children's products will also have safety recall tracking information and manufacturer markings. The location and size of this information will vary.
For any 1 sample $10 column pricing or over we charge for the sample. No more than 3 samples per sample request. Total must be below $10 column pricing to be free.
PRODUCT PRESENTATION
We do our best to ensure that our product images, proofs and virtual proofs are as accurate and true to color as possible. However, due to changes in stock, photographic lighting sources, inconsistencies of various monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. We encourage you to request a sample to be sure that the product is exactly what you’re expecting.

SHIPPING
Shipping: Unless otherwise specified we ship via UPS or FED-EX ground, FOB CT. Since we have no control over shipments once picked up by carrier, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Factory is not responsible for loss or damage once en route. All claims should be filed promptly by purchaser with carrier. Shipping weights and packaging quantities specified on this website are approximates only. Insurance cost based on the total value of your order is added. Third party shipping & handling charge: $4.00 (g) per carton. Insurance on third party shipments are only added if a specific amount is requested. USPS drop off fee: $35.00 (g)
Customers using their account number/3rd party shipping are responsible for any shipping claims with the carrier. Jornik will not be liable for any damage or filing claims.
International Shipments: All international shipments relating to seeds, Plants, or any products Jornik ships is the purchaser responsibility to determine taxes, customs or local plant or seed requirements for entry for all international destinations. Jornik is not responsible for goods destroyed or returned by customs or carriers on all international shipments. Jornik will execute international documents for a fee $25 per international address destination and phytosanitary certificates of $35 per international address. If a Phytosanitary Certificate is needed for any international entry an inspected prior to any international shipment must occur.
Export and Postal Shipments: $30.00(g) per destination for the additional paperwork required to process these shipments. Note: Jornik Declaration document (available upon request) must be completed 48 hours before shipping to avoid added charges.

ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS
We accept digital graphics files that meet industry standard specifications for sm@rt Codes 1S and 4S. Refer to PPAI for further details.
Our preferred file types are PDF, EPS or Adobe Illustrator 10 (ai) . Files saved in newer versions may be incompatible and subject to additional charges., all text should be converted to curves/outlines. Digital files may be sent to us via e-mail. Files must contain vector artwork.
Artwork charges: $45.00 (g) per hour
Artwork that is not considered camera-ready, such as composite color mechanical artwork, letterheads, photocopies, business cards, laser prints, JPG, GIF, or other low resolution graphic files are unacceptable and will require an artwork charge. You will be notified if the artwork charges exceed $25.00 (g).
PROOFS
Paper or Digital Proof: $10.00 (g)
Typesetting including paper proof: $10.00 (g) per line
Paper proofs are required on all new orders and are sent by either fax or e-mail and billed accordingly. Colorized proofs and virtual proofs are to be used as a guide only and are not truly representative of the final production piece. Virtual Proofs are not available on contract printing orders.
Product Proof: $62.50 (g) per imprint color plus screens/plates and cost of product (g). Any artwork, screen, or plate charges, merchandise and shipping costs are billable with the product proof.
Photo Proof: $25.00 (g) per imprint color for each half hour or part thereof in holding up production.
Pre- Pro Charge: $62.50 G
CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS
Color/Copy Changes: $12.00 (g)
Cancellations: A minimum fee of $30.00 (g) will apply to any cancelled orders. However, the fee could be greater according to the material and labor committed at the time of the cancellation.
PRODUCTION/DECORATING
Repeat Setup Charges: Half the original set up fee. Valid for orders placed within 12 months or less from the previous order.
Color Matches: Color and PMS color matches beyond our normal palette of colors will be charged at a rate of $30.00 (g) per color. Color matches are not guaranteed to be exact.
We do not suggest imprinting yellow on black products.

Full-color digital printing and engraving are offered on selected products as indicated throughout the catalog. Digital printing allows for a full color result, but not an exact color match, and the colors will vary throughout a run. Please inquire if you have questions about printing capabilities and options on selected products.
